1. Introduction

        Welcome to sai-fai.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our custom printing services. Therefore, by                  placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property

• Customer Responsibility: You represent that you own the rights to, or have permission to use, any images, logos, or text uploaded for printing.

• Copyright Infringement: SAI-FAI reserves the right to refuse any order that we believe may infringe on the intellectual property rights of others or contains offensive/illegal content.

• Print Quality: For DTF and sublimation, print quality is directly dependent on the resolution of the file provided. We recommend high-resolution (300 DPI) files in PNG or vector format. SAI-FAI is not responsible for “blurry” or pixelated prints resulting from low-quality user uploads.

3. Order Processing & Production

• Turnaround Time: Standard production begins once payment is received and artwork is approved. While we strive for speed, the “turnaround time” however is an estimate and not a guarantee of a delivery date.

• Cancellations: Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered the production/printing phase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

• Local Pickup: If you choose local pickup in Jacksonville, FL, you will be notified when your order is ready. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be forfeited without a refund.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Custom Goods Policy: Due to the personalized nature of custom apparel and DTF transfers, all sales are final. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for “buyer’s remorse” or sizing errors made by the customer.

• Defects/Errors: If we make a mistake (wrong garment, wrong size sent, or a clear manufacturing defect), you must notify us at (904) 479-5581 or via our website within 48 hours of receiving the item to qualify for a replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability

SAI-FAI shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if SAI-FAI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Therefore, any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jacksonville, FL.
